On Tuesday, Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal shared a new invitation with his followers on Twitter to join a new microblogging social media site called Ku. Soon after, a number of ministers and ministers and others were invited to join the Koo app.

Moving to a separate version of Twitter co-operative is in line with the pressure of the Narendra Modi government’s “Spiritual India”.
Koo was one of the winners of the Atma Nirbhav Innovation Challenge launched by the government last year after the government banned a few Chinese apps in the series like Tuktuk.
