How to Use Cheats
To use Chit, you need to open the Chit dialog box. First, you need to press ctrl + shift + c on your keyboard and the dialog box pops up. However, most cheats will not work immediately.

How to Open The Sims 4 Cheats Console
To use cheat on Sims 4, you must first open the cheat console. To activate it:
On PC, hold CTRL and Shift, then press C.
On Mac, hold the command and shift, then press C.
On the PlayStation 4, hold the four shoulder buttons at once.
On the Xbox One, hold the four shoulder buttons at once.
Once opened, the cheat console will appear as a thin box at the top of the screen. In it, you can type any cheat at the bottom or on other pages. To turn off the cheat console, simply press the same key or button.

BUFFS
“Sims. Remove_L_Buffs” – removes all moodlets / emotions
“Sims.add_buff [buff, low / high]” – adds a specific buff to the sim (spelling is very important)
Values for Buff:
sims.add_buff Confident high
Or
sims.add_buff e_buff_confident (this enables the essence effect of the complaint, is strong and long-lasting)
Energized: Energized Low or Energized High (does not stack, gives high +2)
Flirt: FlirtLeo or FlirtHigh
Inspired: Inspired Bottom or Inspired High (Don’t Stack, Gives High +2)
Concentrated: Focallo or Focaside (do not stack, gives high +2)
Players: Playful or Playful High (do not stack, give high +2)
